Year #10 of our 10 months dance program in Denmark performed their graduation show; The Nest at Pakhus 11 in Copenhagen. This year's piece was about our student; Megan’s personal luggage and journey. The entire piece was choreographed by faculty teacher Ricky Jinks.

The graduation show gives all of students a time to shine by solo moments, and push them to be a part of a group and perform as a unit. They have to execute hard technical choreographies and express themselves through their movement as well as being able to tell the story on stage.

The graduations show is the show that ends the year and will show the students and also the industry the transformation of the students throughout their 6 months of education in Los Angeles.

You can never have enough content

Video Classes

In Denmark our students have had a huge succes by weekly getting filmed doing classes. Not only does it help them improve their technical skills and performances in front of a camera, but it also helps them with their SOME and creating their professional resume. We do a huge deal out of our students leaning to perform in front of the camera in a choreography they just learned, since that is the reality of working as a professional dancer. Learning and performing a choreography within a small amount of time.

As a part of the program, you will often get picked out at the end of a class and dance the choreography you just learned, and the videographer will often give you feedback on your performance.

02.

Concept Videos

The concept classes are created for our students to understand video productions, as the working dancer. You will learn formations, where to look, when to walk out of frame, how to perform to the lens, and all aspects of the live content performance part of being a professional.

These concept videos are created by the main choreographers and teachers as part of the education. Throughout the week the video is created, with maximum feedback for the students and help to understand how to catch the viewer’s eye. At the end of the week, the video is filmed, and a whole day goes to perfection and makes sure all students look amazing.
